OUR MISSION
To make yoga accessible to people with disabilities and chronic conditions in a safe environment.
OUR CLASSES
Most weeks our classes are offered by zoom only. Typically the last Saturday class of the month is a hybrid in-person and zoom yoga class. You must register for both classes ahead of time, but it's most important to register for the in-person class as space is limited.
