Spring Yoga Tune-Up Benefit Chair Class for PYC

Join Baxter Bell, MD, C-IAYT for a wonderful chair yoga class to benefit you this Spring and PYC! All you will need is a firm chair with a back, a yoga block and strap. 

Baxter has been teaching at Ability Now Bay Area for over 24 years and has lots of helpful and fun practices to share with you.
